Wines sold in this e-commerce
On this website we sell wines produced directly by Società Agricola Luigino Molon s.s..
The pictures of the bottles are purely illustrative and for reference only. The label can be different from the one in the photos.
Product availability refers to what is on hand at the time that the Client consults the product records; this must however be considered to be purely for guidance since, simultaneous access of the site by a number of users could result in product being sold to someone else before the order is confirmed.
Even after the order confirmation e-mail has been sent by Società Agricola Luigino Molon s.s., partial or total product shortages could occur. In this event the client will be notified promptly and may decide to accept delivery of only those products that are available or may request cancellation of the order by notifying Customer Services by e-mail. You could also choose to modify the order by inserting products available for delivery.
You must have completed 18 years of age to be able to purchase our wines.
Shipment
We carefully pack the wine in the secure boxes and ship it in 1-2 working days. The courier will deliver it in 7-10 working days.
If not expressly requested, we avoid shipments on Thursdays and Fridays to prevent the wine from staying in the courier's depots for too long.
Taxes and Duties
All the product selling prices displayed and specified on the web-site are expressed in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges are not included in the purchase price, but are indicated and calculated at the conclusion of the purchasing process before payment is made.

Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to current legislation, the client may withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying a reason within a period of ten working days from receipt of the order confirmation by email. In order to exercise your revocation right, you must inform "Geppa Srl" with a clear declaration by Email or by sending a registered letter with confirmation of receipt to our headquarters. If the client has in the meantime received the goods, he shall arrange for their immediate return within 14 days with effect from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the products. Remember that you can obtain a refund only if the bottles are not uncorked.
